Refund Policy

Q - Can I apply for a refund on GB group-buying products?

A - For products purchased on GB Group Buying, we will not provide refunds after the end of the group buying period. You have confirmed this before purchasing, as they are customized. Please ensure that you have carefully read the product description and our group buying policy before purchasing. GB Group Buying products can enjoy our product's after-sales service.

Q - Can I request a refund/return for spot goods?

A - For spot goods, our return policy is valid within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason after receiving your order, you can return the product and receive a refund. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to refund you.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Product defect

The product does not match the description

The product must be in its original packaging

The product must not be damaged

In order to ensure that the above standards are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to refund.

Reminder: If the order arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service and include photos or videos for reference.

Cancel/modify order

Q - Can I cancel or modify my existing order that has not yet been shipped?

A - As long as the order has not been shipped, you can update the delivery information. For closed group buying or pre-order, you can modify it within 30 days after the GB group buying deadline. All sales of GB group buying goods and additional sales of group buying are final sales. If there are errors/defects in your order, please contact customer service for assistance.
